Are you looking to strengthen your core?
It starts with mindful breathing!
Begin with an "H-A" breath, akin to fogging glass or checking your breath.
Next, transition into a cat pose and allow your belly to hang!
Layer the "ha" breath and observe how, at the very end of your exhale, your core activates.
This is technically called "TVA Activation," but if that term doesn't ring a bell, don't worry!
Ab Activation offers several benefits, including:
- Building core strength.
- Alleviating low back discomfort.
- Enhancing digestion.
As a bonus challenge, I've included a hand and shin float!
