Welcome to the world of Shoulder Glides, also known as the Forearm Push Up with External Rotation (though that's quite a mouthful)!
Do you experience any of these issues?
- Achy shoulders?

If so, Shoulder Glides are tailor-made for you!
I find this exercise particularly beneficial during the winter months or after long hours spent working on the computer.
The most challenging aspect of this move is keeping your fingernails flat on the ground while you rock back.
Give it a try, and you'll quickly discover just how deceptively difficult it can be. But don't worry, practice makes perfect!
