Knee Cap Release
First Exercises

Do you experience knee discomfort?
Is your knee sore or crackly?
Do you have control over your kneecaps?
Can you consciously lift and lower them as needed?
Many mindful movement professionals often cue to lift the kneecaps for various reasons.
However, it turns out that most people struggle more with releasing them rather than lifting them.
Considering this, perhaps we should focus on releasing them more frequently. One knee at a time.
Give it a try; it's much more challenging than it may appear.
And if you'd like to make it easier, lean forward to reduce the weight on your legs.
