Crack The Back

Welcome to "Crack the Back!" (or the less wordy "Thoracic Stretch Over the Half Foam Roller").
It is currently my favorite exercise to teach.
This movement is fantastic for:
- Releasing tension in the upper back.
- Improving shoulder mobility.
- Enhancing your breathing.
Believe me, this exercise is like a supplement for your body's movement needs.
Many of us have tight upper backs, and this quick and effective routine is just what you need to free it up.
A heads-up: You'll want to use a half foam roller for this, as it provides the stable surface you need to lean back into.
Give it a try and let me know how it affects your breath, energizes your upper back, and makes you feel grounded.
