Chest Expansion

Welcome to the Chest Expansion exercise, also known as the Posterior Block Hold.
Despite its deceptively simple appearance, this exercise is surprisingly challenging!
I prefer using a half-foam roller for this because a yoga block is too narrow for my shoulders to engage effectively.
Chest Expansion offers several benefits, including:
- Correcting rounded shoulders.
- Loosening a tight chest.
- Strengthening triceps.
Here's a key tip: As you move your arms behind you, keep your shoulder blades apart. This way, your arms are doing the work, not your shoulder blades.
