Welcome to the Crescent Stretch Series!
This series offers an upright version of the Crescent Stretch along with some leg variations to enhance the experience.

In this routine, I've included a kickstand and a lunge to intensify the stretch, providing an incredibly satisfying sensation!
The Crescent Stretch brings various benefits, such as:
- Lengthening and strengthening your obliques.
- Improving shoulder mobility.
- Expanding your range of side-bending movements, which might be less explored in your routine.
I highly recommend giving this a go during a crescent moon.
