In this video, we'll be exploring the "Legs on the Wall" stretch – a personal favorite of mine for a couple of reasons:
1. This stretch holds a special place in my heart because I used to perform to this song during my college days.
2. Straddle stretches are my go-to, and I'm excited to share their benefits with you.
Legs on the Wall can help with:
- Loosening tight inner thigh muscles.
- Easing knee pain.
- Addressing issues with pronated feet.
To do this stretch, all you need is a wall. Simply lie down in front of it, slide your legs into a straddle position, and focus on your breathing. It's a straightforward yet effective exercise.
Hang out in this position for a few minutes, and when you're ready to come out of it, use your arms to gently bring your legs back together. The sensation of gravity can make this part quite intense!
