Discover the hidden challenge of the Cobbler and Cross-Legged Stretch! This exercise is a stealthy but effective way to:
- Release tight inner thighs
- Ease cranky hips
- Relieve stress in the pelvic floor
You can start with the butterfly version, which gently opens the hips with the soles of your feet together. If your hips rebel, use pillows under your knees for support.
The second version involves stacking your shins with flexed feet for a deeper hip stretch, providing a reset for your SI joint.
Try both, and let me know your favorite!
