Introducing the Double Calf Stretch!
DCS holds a spot in my top 5 exercises.
Usually, I teach this move with the half-foam roller under the balls of your feet, but going flat-footed is equally effective!
To wrap it up, I like adding a bit of cat/cow movement to invigorate the spine and feet.
This sequence boasts a range of benefits, such as:
- Releasing tension in the hips and inner thighs.
- Stretching the hamstrings and calves.
- Mobilizing both the spine and feet.
It's a super-stacked, multitasking exercise!
