Let's dive into the world of Calf Raises, also known as Calf Elevators, Heel Raises, or Relevés!
No matter what you choose to call them, these exercises are simply fantastic.
Calf Raises offer numerous benefits, such as:
- Strengthening your ankles.
- Enhancing your walking gait.
- Providing a challenge to your balance.
For most of my clients who aren't dancers, maintaining calf mobility is crucial to prevent walking difficulties. So, consider adding these to your daily routine!
And if you want to take it up a notch, try doing them off a step for some extra engagement.
These exercises are perfect for strengthening your feet, especially if you're a fan of winter boots!
