Welcome to the Inner Thigh Stretch, a powerful exercise to address specific leg concerns.
Do any of these apply to you?
- Do you walk with a narrower leg stance?
- Struggle with knocked knees?
- Experience knee pain?
If so, the Inner Thigh Stretch can be incredibly beneficial.
In this exercise, gravity becomes your ally, gently unwinding the tissues in a supported position.
If you find the standard position too challenging, consider lying on some pillows and avoid raising your leg too high.
Don't overlook your inner thighs; they deserve some attention and care too!
